What we collect

Only what we need to quote and run your move: your name, phone number, email address, the addresses we are moving the spa between, details about the spa and the access to it, and the photos you send us of the site. If you pay by card, our invoicing provider handles that — we never see or store your card number.

What we use it for

Quoting your job, scheduling it, getting the crew to the right place with the right equipment, invoicing you, and answering you when you get in touch. That is the whole list.

Text messages

We text you about your own move, and only if you agreed to it. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for our contact details.

Who else sees it

Only the services that make the job happen — our scheduling software, our text messaging provider, and our invoicing provider — and only so they can do that job. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not hand it to anyone for their own marketing. If the law requires us to produce something, we will.

Photos of your property

We photograph jobs so the crew knows what they are walking into and so we have a record of the condition of your spa and your property. We do not publish a photo of your home, your spa or anything identifying without asking you first.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to run your job and keep proper business records afterwards. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep a record of the work and the payment.

Children

This is a service for homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
