Text messages from Platinum Hot Tub Movers

Who gets texted

Only customers who have booked a move with us, or asked us for a quote, and who gave us their mobile number and ticked the box agreeing to be texted about it. The box is on the job sheet we send you, and it reads:

Text me about my move from Platinum Hot Tub Movers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

If that box is not ticked, we do not text you. We never buy, rent or borrow phone numbers, and we never text anyone who has not booked or asked for a quote.

What we send

Messages about your job and nothing else:

• Your quote or job sheet. A link to the form we need filled in before we can put a truck on your move.
• Scheduling. Confirming your date, or telling you the crew is on the way.
• A question about access. Gate codes, a gap we need measured, where the spa is sitting.
• Your invoice or receipt. A link to pay, or confirmation that a payment landed.

We do not send marketing texts. No offers, no discounts, no promotions, no newsletters. If it is not about a job you booked, we did not send it.

How often

Message frequency varies, and it follows your job rather than a schedule. A straightforward move is usually a handful of messages from quote to receipt. Once your move is done, the messages stop.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge you anything to receive them.

How to stop, and how to get help

Reply STOP to any message and we stop texting that number immediately. You do not have to explain and it does not affect your move — we will just call you instead.

Reply HELP and we will send you our phone number and email.

You can also just tell us. Call 470-789-1340 and ask to come off texts, and we will take you off.

What we do with your number

We use it to run your move and to send the messages described above. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only companies that touch it are the ones that make the service work — our text messaging provider and our invoicing software — and only so they can deliver a message or an invoice to you.
