Full Spa Reset - $300
Drain, clean, refill and rebalance. It is not automatically charged to every new member. If your water is already maintained, you may not need one. If the spa is severely neglected or needs specialty recovery treatment, we tell you before doing anything extra.

What is a spa valet?
Someone comes out on a set schedule and takes care of your hot tub for you — tests and balances the water, cleans the shell, waterline, cover, steps and pillows, cleans the filter, and checks the equipment. You stop buying chemicals, stop reading test strips, and stop guessing.
How often should my hot tub be serviced?
Most home spas do well with a monthly professional care visit when the owner follows normal use between visits. Heavy use may need more frequent care. Tell us how you use the spa and we will recommend the right schedule.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can reach the tub we come and go. You get a note on what we found and anything worth watching.
What happens on the first visit?
We check the condition first. If the spa is already maintained, it may not need a reset. If it needs a fresh start before routine care begins, a Full Spa Reset is $300.
Are chemicals included?
Routine balancing chemicals used during scheduled visits are included on all three memberships. Replacement filters, parts, repairs, specialty treatments and recovery cleaning are separate.
What if something breaks?
We check the pump, heater and jets on every visit, so most problems get caught before they strand you. If something needs fixing we tell you what it is and what it costs before anyone touches it — and plan customers get money off the repair call.
Can I cancel?
Membership terms are shown before you sign up. We keep the service simple and make sure you see the recurring price, service frequency and any route adjustment before agreeing.
Where do you cover?
We serve Northeast Georgia. The first 30 route miles are included in standard membership pricing; extended service areas may have a route charge based on distance and visit frequency, shown before signup.
