What is a spa valet?
Someone comes out on a set schedule and takes care of your hot tub for you — tests and balances the water, cleans the shell, waterline, cover, steps and pillows, cleans the filter, and checks the equipment. You stop buying chemicals, stop reading test strips, and stop guessing.
How often should my hot tub be serviced?
Every other week suits most people. If several of you are in it most days, or it is a rental, weekly is the honest answer. A tub that gets light use through the winter can hold on a monthly visit.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can reach the tub we come and go. You get a note on what we found and anything worth watching.
What happens on the first visit?
A full drain, clean and refill for $249, billed once before the plan starts. Most tubs that need a valet have been left a while, and starting from clean water is the only way the plan actually works. It takes two to three hours and you can see the difference the same day.
Are chemicals included?
On Carefree and Concierge, yes — the price you see is the price. On Essential they are billed separately.
What if something breaks?
We check the pump, heater and jets on every visit, so most problems get caught before they strand you. If something needs fixing we tell you what it is and what it costs before anyone touches it — and plan customers get money off the repair call.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Month to month, no long contract. If you pay for a year up front you get a month free, and we will pro-rate the rest back if you stop.
Where do you cover?
Gwinnett, Hall, Jackson, Barrow, Clarke and the rest of Northeast Georgia from our base in Jefferson. If you are on the far edge of that, call and ask — we will tell you honestly whether we can keep a route to you.
