Text message program

Platinum Hot Tub Movers sends transactional text messages about a customer's own quote and job: intake links, quote updates, scheduling, crew arrival, deposits, invoices, and replies to questions. We do not use this program for marketing or promotional messages.

• Joining is optional. Entering a phone number does not enroll you. You opt in only by actively selecting the separate text-message checkbox.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. If you do not opt in, we can call or email instead.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Quotes and scheduling

Quotes are based on the information and media you provide. If the conditions the crew finds are materially different, Platinum will explain any change before doing additional work.

A date is not fully confirmed until the required deposit has been received. Final balances are invoiced after the job is completed.
